These failure points that would prevent an agent from verifying a threat in time.Hardwired installation removes those variables entirely, so CPI's Central Station always has the live visibility it needs to act on your behalf.
How does CPI Night Guard™ contact first responders— do I have to make the call?
No — you do not have to make any call. When a CPI Night Guard agent human-verifies a real threat on your outdoor cameras, they contact first responders directly on your behalf. This means police are dispatched with live video verification already in hand, improving response priority compared to an unverified alarm trigger. The entire process — detection, verification, escalation — happens through CPI's Central Station while you sleep. You are notified, but you are never the bottleneck.
