Is there a charge to activate a CPI Security system already installed in my home?
Activation may be free or low-cost, depending on your system's age. If the control panel isn’t compatible with our current platform, a small takeover fee may apply to reuse your existing sensors and devices. Contact us to review your specific setup.
Can I upgrade the existing CPI system in my home?
Absolutely. You can upgrade to the latest smart home tech at any time - including doorbell cameras, smart locks and garage controls. Our CPI SmartPay® program is available for qualified individuals, so you can spread payments over time with zero percent interest to ensure you get the coverage you need.
Do I need new equipment to get professional monitoring?
Not always. If your existing system is compatible with our latest security technology, we can enable monitoring using your current equipment. If upgrades are needed, we’ll recommend the best options to enhance coverage and keep costs affordable.
