What does the Smart Water Sensor do?

Where do installers typically place water sensors?
Your installer will strategically place sensors in areas where water damage is most likely to occur unnoticed, typically basements, under sinks, near water heaters, laundry rooms or in vacation homes.
How does the sensor detect water?
A six-foot probe wire sits at floor level to detect even small amounts of water. If the probe is disconnected or moved, you’ll get an alert.
Does this work with my Smart Water Shut-Off Valve?
Yes! When paired with the Smart Water Shut-Off Valve, it can automatically stop the water flow when a leak is detected - offering complete leak protection.
